Christina Crawford won three events to help the Ball State track & field team open the indoor season strong at Saturday's Jerry England Alumni Open.

The Ball State track & field program opens its 2014-15 indoor season Saturday, when it visits the University of Indianapolis for the Jerry England Alumni Open.

Ball State junior distance runner Courtney Edon completed this year's academic trifecta by being named to the 2014 Academic All-MAC Outdoor Track & Field Team.
