FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- The IPFW women's track and field team finishes the outdoor season when they travel to Vermillion, South Dakota to compete in the 2016 Summit League Outdoor Track and Field Championships hosted by South Dakota.

The IPFW women's track and field competed in two separate events this weekend, at the Hillsdale "Gina" Relays in Hillsdale, Michigan and in the Crusader Open in Valparaiso, Indiana. The Mastodons finished in seventh place at the Crusader Open.
